 During this session, we’ll discuss your vision, budget, preferred vendors, and timeline while providing personalized recommendations to make the process effortless and enjoyable. 

 The investment proposal review ensures you receive a detailed breakdown of your wedding planning costs, options, and personalized services as discussed in your initial consultation.  

Secure your special day with confidence by signing your wedding contract and officially reserving your date. A non-refundable retainer is required to hold the date.  This step ensures all agreed-upon details, services, and arrangements are confirmed, giving you peace of mind as you move forward in planning your unforgettable celebration. 

 An initial planning meeting is a crucial step in laying the foundation for a smooth and successful wedding. During this session, we will work to refine your vision, establish priorities, and organize key details. Topics covered typically include budget review, preferred vendors, venue logistics, guest count considerations, and overall event flow. This meeting ensures that expectations are aligned, timelines are structured, and any outstanding questions are addressed. By the end of the session, you will have a clear roadmap for moving forward, allowing you to enjoy the planning process with confidence and ease. 

 A design and décor consultation is essential to creating a visually stunning and personalized wedding experience. During this session, we will collaborate to refine your wedding aesthetic, ensuring that every detail—from floral arrangements to table settings- reflects your unique vision. The consultation covers color palettes, theme development, lighting design, and decorative elements to enhance the ambiance. 

During vendor meetings, we will meet with key service providers such as caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainment professionals to finalize details and expectations. These meetings allow us to review contracts, confirm timelines, discuss logistics, and ensure all vendors are aligned with the wedding vision.

A venue walkthrough provides an opportunity to see the event space in person and plan for seating arrangements, décor placements, and event flow.  We, along with the vendors and venue staff, assess important logistical aspects such as lighting, accessibility, and backup plans for weather concerns. This step ensures that all elements of the wedding day come together seamlessly.
